We know waiting for a new Fun Buns order is exciting, so we’ll do our best to keep you informed from production through delivery.
Because each item is made especially for you after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, selected shipping method, and delivery destination.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Any available shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, free-shipping offers do not apply to expedited shipping.
Production Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order size, inventory availability, production partner, and time of year. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete and your order has shipped.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur because of holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
The estimated delivery information shown at checkout will provide the best available estimate for your specific order and destination.
International Orders
Fun Buns ships to most international destinations.
Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout or otherwise stated, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created. Some international or economy shipping services may provide limited tracking.
Multiple Packages
Items within the same order may be produced by different production partners. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package or on different dates.
You may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple packages after checkout.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopfunbuns.com. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.
If an address error causes a delivery problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help. However, we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund once the order has shipped to the address submitted at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@shopfunbuns.com.
We will review the tracking information and work with our production and shipping partners to determine whether a replacement, refund, or another resolution is appropriate.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible, although we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
